Order & Delivery

1. Free delivery for orders above 299.90 NIS.

2. Delivery within 3 business days (excluding the order completion day) for items up to 43×43 cm, and within one week for larger items.

3. In most cases, deliveries will be handled by an independent external courier company.

4. Delivery time is calculated starting from the next business day after the order is completed or after credit card authorization is approved.

5. Delivery time is calculated from the next business day for orders placed before 18:00 on business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, and special occasions.

6. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, and special occasions.

7. Shipping fees will be charged using the same payment method used for the purchase on the website.

8. During promotional periods, holidays, or special events, delivery may be delayed beyond the stated timeframes.

9. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

10. BHOME will not be responsible for any delays or failure in delivery resulting from incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete customer details, or due to force majeure or events beyond BHOME’s control.

Product Exchange, Returns & Transaction Cancellation

11. Customers have the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the document detailing the transaction, whichever comes first.

12. Customers wishing to cancel a purchase or exchange an item may do so by contacting BHOME customer service via phone or WhatsApp.

13. Please note that canceling an order after the product has been shipped requires returning the item through the courier service provided by the company.

14. If an order is canceled or exchanged after it has been shipped, the customer will bear all delivery and return costs, including any additional fees incurred.

15. According to the law, BHOME may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, excluding credit card processing fees and delivery/return fees.

16. Customers may exchange a product or receive store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

17. Items purchased as part of a set cannot be returned or exchanged individually — the entire set must be returned.

18. If an order included free delivery and is later canceled, the customer will be responsible for the delivery and return fees, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
